- For overseas shipping
We will ship by EMS (international speed mail).
The payment method at that time will be PayPal. A separate PayPal payment fee of 4% of the total amount (excluding tax) will be charged. (Consumption tax is not charged) Please be forewarned.

If the total amount is less than 15,000 yen, a nationwide shipping fee of 600 yen will be charged.
Free shipping for orders over 15,000 yen.
- For overseas shipping

Delivery days
Items are usually shipped within 2-7 days of your order.
For orders from Okinawa and other remote islands, it may take 2 to several days after shipment.
We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays.
About returns and exchanges
If the product purchased from the online shop is defective, we will return or exchange it.
Sale items and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer's convenience.

We only accept products purchased from Coquette.
- Please contact us via the inquiry form , email, or call the atelier shop, and we will first check the status of the repair.
- We will send the product to our atelier so that we can determine if it can be repaired.
- We will contact the customer at a later date regarding whether the product can be repaired, the repair period, and the repair fee.
